The distinct feature of this system is the water-cooled chamber (No LN2 is required). We use this to fabricate the Cu(In,Ga)Se2 epitaxial films on GaAs subtrate for material studies as well as CIGS polycrystalline thin film on the Mo/SLG substrate.
