JY SPEX 750m Monochomator

The JY SPEX 750m monochromator (double gratings) is equipped with Pelltier-cooled photomultiplier tube and LN2-cooled Ge detectors. The sample compartment can be cooled down to 10K. The system is mainly used for photoluminescense measurements with He-Ne and He-Cd excitation lasers.
